Our Champions belong to poor and deprived communities like Dalits, tribals, women, small farmers, and unemployed youth, mostly from rural areas in Jharkhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra. They face systemic challenges like caste discrimination, gender bias, entrenched hierarchy, violence, and corruption. They also experience persistent issues related to poor governance, lack of access to basic entitlements, food, water, shelter,  education, and livelihoods.

Through intensive Training of Trainer programs, we equip them with the knowledge, skills, and tools to use their constitutional rights and duties, engage with local governance structures, and find solutions to their problems.
